These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Futurity website and its content and features (the “website”), provided by Futurity (“Futurity”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

The website introduces Futurity, our studio and our products, including Interface. Access to Interface and our other services is governed by a separate written agreement between Futurity and the customer. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes precedence.

You may use the website for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the website by automated means without our permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the website, its security or the networks that support it.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or our systems.
• Use the website to send unlawful, harmful, misleading or infringing material.
• Reverse engineer any part of the website, except where the law allows it.

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, animations and software, are owned by Futurity or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. “Futurity”, “Interface” and our logos are our trademarks.

You may view and share pages from the website for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from its content without our written permission.

When you send us a message or share ideas, feedback or suggestions, you confirm that you have the right to share them. We may use feedback to improve our products and services without any obligation to you. We handle personal information in your messages as described in our Privacy Policy.

The website may link to websites and services run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the website will not exceed USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Futurity harmless from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms.

We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or restrict your access to the website if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the website, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, we do not waive our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Futurity about the website. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
